The Crazy Corn Cookie w/ Browned Butter Icing - So unassuming, so much flavor! This cookie is so craveable! There aren't any nuts, not a single chocolate chip(!), yet this buttery and sweetly satisfying cookie is so pure in flavor and in simplicity.
